Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in 20-bed ICU
Monitor hemodynamic status, ventilator management, and vasoactive drips
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including physicians, respiratory therapists, and specialists
Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and document in Epic EMR
Required Qualifications
Education
City General Hospital
Licensure/Certification
Active RN license in Massachusetts
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
Experience
New Graduate (0-1 years)
Early Career (1-3 years)
Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred (ADN-prepared nurses supported in pursuing BSN)
